Here are 2 methods you would use to connect to a Windward Support Technician for support.

Use this method after System Five is installed and running. It's very similar, but from with Windward System Five, you can click on Help and connect to a support technician. Run the file, accept the warnings and select the technician you are working with. See the video below for an example.
