Problem Description

A method of tracking customer product brought in for servicing.

Solution

The use of claim checks allows for the user to generate a claim check in a tear off format. One portion is given to the customer, the other remains with the item to be serviced. The two part claim check is designed within the invoice setup.

Optionally, the cliam check can be set up using a label as well, whihc then can be fixed onto the item being serviced.

This tutorial demonstrates how to set up the claim checks and print them at point of sale.
