Problem:

Owning and using the Windward System Five Rentals module is a great way to bill monthly charges. However, for most who do not own this module, this is not an option. Some such businesses may need to charge ongoing fees such as:

  • Monthly Alarm Monitoring fees
  • Monthly Photocopier Rental fees
  • Janitorial fees
  • Space rental
  • etc.

    • Problem:

    Using the Contracts/Recurring Rentals option in Windward is a great light-weight tool to accomplish task like this.
